What is Wunder Luxe?
Wunder Luxe is a family-run business that creates unique apparel featuring designs by Andrew, inspired by moments shared with his wife, Jasmine, and their two little boys. Our designs are born from their love of family adventures, especially their trips to Disneyland.
Where are your products made?
We partner with Printful to create our products. Printful is a trusted print-on-demand provider that helps us bring our unique designs to life. Every product is made on demand, ensuring high-quality materials and prints.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the items you love, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to provide your shipping details and payment information. Once your order is placed, we’ll handle the rest!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to print and ship, depending on the product. Shipping times will vary based on your location, with delivery usually occurring within 7-10 business days in the U.S. International orders may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What sizes do your products come in?
Our products come in a variety of sizes, ranging from XS to 3XL, depending on the item. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for more detailed sizing information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through a safe, encrypted system to ensure your privacy and security.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error with the order or the item is defective. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@wunderluxe.co within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
